This website and our text messaging program are operated by Sun Willow Enterprise LLC, a Utah limited liability company doing business as Stormin Solutions. By using this website or our text messaging program, you agree to these terms.

Services

Specific services, timelines, and fees are agreed separately in writing with each client. Information on this website is general and may change. We do not guarantee specific search rankings, lead volumes, or revenue results.

Billing, cancellation, and texting fees

The Review Engine includes a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged. After the trial, the Review Engine is billed at $197 per month. Other paid services and add-ons are billed monthly at the prices shown on our Pricing page or in your written agreement. Services are month-to-month with no long-term contract. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month. Text messaging usage is billed at cost and is separate from the monthly service price. Add-on services, such as customer reactivation campaigns and ads management, are priced as described when you request them.

SMS terms

• Program: Stormin Solutions sends text messages to people who opt in, about their inquiry, scheduled calls and appointments, and our services.
• Opting in: You opt in by giving consent on our website forms, or by texting us first.
• Frequency: Message frequency varies.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You’ll receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again.
• Help: Reply HELP for help, or contact us at (818) 415-8984 or elliotwilson.co@gmail.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
• Mobile opt-in data and consent are not shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.

Privacy

Your use of our website and text program is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Stormin Solutions is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of this website.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above shows the latest version.
