How much does it cost?

The Review Engine is $197/mo after a 14-day free trial. Add-ons: Google Profile Optimization, Missed Call Text-Back and the Website Care Plan are $50/mo each, Customer Reactivation is priced per campaign, and Follow-Up Automation and Ads Management are custom priced. Everything is month-to-month with no contract.

When does billing start?

Your 14-day free trial starts when you sign up. If you don’t cancel before it ends, the Review Engine is billed at $197/mo from then on.

How do I cancel?

Email or call us anytime. Cancel before the trial ends and you won’t be charged. After that, it’s month-to-month and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing month.

Is there a contract?

No. It’s month-to-month, no contract, and you can cancel anytime.

Do you filter out unhappy customers?

No. Every customer gets your Google review link. If someone is unhappy, you also get a private heads-up so you can reach out and make it right. We never offer incentives for reviews.

What does texting cost?

Texting usage is billed at cost. Most clients pay a few dollars a month.

Do I need the add-ons?
